The mayor of Alaior, Pau MORLÀ, and the manager of the Plan Dynamism of the tourism product of the municipality, Josep Pons, presented yesterday the actions included in the third instalment of that plan, which account with a budget of 864,480 euros.
The initiatives approved by the relevant committee are improving the final leg of the promenade, the remodeling of the municipal building is a branch, maintaining trade and cultural initiatives in the urban core of Alaior and obtain environmental certification for beaches Cala en Porter and Son Bou.
The first phase of the proposed conversion and improvement of Passeig Marítim, in Cala en Porter, involves the construction of two new viewpoints on the beach and greater pedestrianisation of the above procedure, with an investment of 360,000 euros.
