North American Guide Book
Both the restaurant Es Molí de Foc and the rural hotel at Biniarroca have received a star from Fodor´s, a North American guide book which has been in existence for 70 years. Other restaurants have been commented on but not awarded stars. The excellent quality of food in both establishments was mentioned.
