Sant Climent Fiesta 2010
Saturday 21st August
6.00pm Bells and rockets announce the start of the festivities
6.15pm The carnival figures set out round the streets, with the Giants of Mahón and the Banda de Tamboriners de Dalt Sant Joan
6.45pm The Caixers gather in the main street c/Sant Jaume
7.00pm The fiesta flag is presented and the cavalcade sets off to tour the streets
7.30pm Mass at the parish church
8.00pm the traditional Jaleo begins in the square, with music by Es Migjorn Band
Sunday 22nd August
9.30am Révillé round the streets with the Dalt Sant Joan Drummers and Buglers
10.15am The Caixers gather in the main street
10.30am The Fiesta flag is collected and the cavalcade sets out from the Residents Association Hall
11.00am Mass for the Caixers at the parish church
12 noon The traditional jaleo takes place in the square, with the giving out of the traditional green canes to the horsemen with samba music by the Es Migjorn Band
3.00pm Traditional reception at the Social Hall
