Eroski plans two new stores in Menorca

Before the end of the year the supermarket chain Eroski plans to open two new outlets, taking the total number of stores on the island to ten.

One of the new supermarkets will be in Es Mercadal, on the roundabout leading to Fornells, and should be open at the beginning of July under the franchise name of A prop.

The second outlet will be in Ciutadella, in a former fashion jewellery factory on Calle Ibiza, and should also be trading before the end of the year.

Will the small one still be open in Mercadal?

And what about the other one near Lidl? will that still remain open?

Not sure yet about the one staying open in Mercadal I think it will close but will keep you updated. I should think the one in Ciutadella will stay open but we will see
