Local chef brings his recipes to France
Menorcan cuisine will be represented at a gathering of 600 French chefs in Paris on 30th and 31st March. French chef, Patrick James, who is married to a Spanish lady, Noellia, will be one of this group of chefs who work outside their home country bringing their own recipes to the congress.
Patrick, well known to many British customers, is chef at the Pan y Vino Restaurant in Torret having previously worked at the Binissaida rural hotel.
