Lidl supermarket

I believe there is a Lidl on the island

Where exactly is the supermarket and have you been? ;D

In comparison to the Eroski Supermarket in Cieutedella is it larger or smaller and is it on just one floor or two like one of the supermarkets I know in Mahon (cant remember which one though).

Does it sell household goods like bedding, cutlery, crockery?

Yes Jackie there is a Lidl on the island ( you can find all the information about it on another post here ). Basically it is the turning opposite the fitness centre and the roundabout before the horse.

I shop once a month there but offers are on all the time especially each Thursday. The Link I posted on the forum has the lidl website which you can subscribe for a free newsletter to be sent with all the latest offers!

I would say it is slightly smaller than the eroski in Ciutadella and is all on one floor. It is nicely laid out with everything in one place for example all the crisp and snacks together, cakes and biscuits etc.

I does sell household items but only when the specials are on in the shop.

The only things that are not in place are the checkout staff, they have loads of tills there but only ever have one open.
