Artists against Cancer organise June fiesta
“Fest_Art_Càncer” is the name chosen by a group of people with links both to art and the medical world. The group, which formed last summer, aims to hold novelty cultural activities, the first of which will be a fiesta in the Hort de Sant Patrici on 13th June, to raise money for three cancer associations, AECC, ALBA and ASPANOB.
Around 50 artists will participate in the event including some 20 painters each of whom will donate five works to the cause. Entrance to the event will be 200 euros per couple which will include one of the original works on display.
