... and resumes on the Sa Tanca project
After a few months in which construction on the Sa Tanca commercial complex virtually ground to a halt (due to the economic climate), the pace of work has now picked up again. The exterior of the four buildings at the entrance to Sant Lluís should be completed in October but the complex is not expected to be operational until the end of this year or Spring 2010.
Once the shell and infrastructure are finished, the owners of the various units will be responsible for the interior fittings. Apart from these fifty commercial units built around a square, the complex will have an underground car park and was to have included a 12-lane 10-pin bowling alley but this has been put on hold for the present time.
