Fiestas of Cala'n Porter
Saturday 20th September
5.00pm Parade of the Alaior majorettes, Giants and Carnival Figures accompanied by the Alaior Bugle and Drum Band
6.00pm The traditional parade of horses sets out from the Plaza de la Iglesia , first calling at the minicipal building where the Fiesta Flag is presented to the Caixer Fadrim and the Fiesta President joins the parade. The horses then tour the streets of the resort.
7.30pm Lively Jaleo beside the beach accompanied by a local group
12.30 pm Grand public dance in the Plaza Mevis, continuing until the early hours, with music from a local group
