The Dance Company Así Somos (Thus We Are), representing a vocational contemporary dance group characterized by the fact that the company is formed by dancers with Down’s Syndrome, presents itself on the upcoming Sunday, November 16th as of 19:00 hours with a programme in which the following stage acts are to be highlighted: Un día cualquiera (Any Old Day), Presión (Pressure) and Transformación (Transformation). Así Somos saw the light in the year 2003 within the bosom of ASSIDO (association for persons with Down’s Syndrome). This initiative forms part of a rehabilitation and artistic formation dance project for persons with diverse capacities. Their motivations to dance make the art of dancing and being able to express oneself for others even more beautiful.
